    I approach my counselling sessions with Mindfulness stress reduction techniques. Many counselling therapies also use mindfulness. THIS IS NOT MEDITATION, it is an active participating form of therapy that is suitable for most distressing areas of life. Be careful though, it changes your life!

    HypnoTHERAPY is a commitment to healing from past trauma's and hurts, inner child connection, self acceptance and deep awareness. PTSD, anxiety, cravings, abuse. 3 x1.5hr session commitment to change your life using your own subconscious power
  3. LIVING WITH ADDICTION
    If you or a family member has addiction issues with food, alcohol or drugs this is for you. Life is challenging enough, I can help you live with the extra challenge of living with addiction in your world. Learn how to set loving boundaries, and help yourself and your loved one
  4. GENERAL COUNSELLING
    Ever wanted to just sit and chat with someone and know that you won't be judged? Want to talk to someone who is not emotionally involved? Counselling is an unbiased conversation, to assist you with general life skills, and help you uncover coping mechanisms. You may even learn a bit about yourself!
